As a new Ambassador, you'll be in contact with the ambassador manager, head of community & community manager (if he exists in your market) responsible for getting you onboarded and productive in our community. We do this for two reasons:

  1. To help set Ambassadors up for success.
  2. To synchronise team members for collaborative & impactful work.

  2. Getting familiar with Nym, our products, team & audiences.

Success here is a two-way street. You are expected to work towards achieving these milestones, but your onboarding mentor is responsible for helping you get there.
